Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@loterisa.com. We will be sending you an email with the return label for you to print and use on the same package your item came in. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Also please note for all refunds, there will be a re-stocking fee of $10.00 per item, plus all shipping expenses included on your return order. 

 

Damages and Issues
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or missing item please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 7 day time frame after receiving your package. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
There is a 7 day time frame after receiving your package to reach out to us and see if you are eligible for an exchange.  

Refunds

Re-Stocking fee & Shipping Expenses
Pease Note: For All refunds, there will be a re-stocking fee of $8.50 per item, plus all shipping expenses included on your order.

Cancel order
You can request to cancel an order by email at contact@loterisa.com, or send us a message directly on our webpage, Please Note: there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee and it will be deducted from your refund, this fee may include Processing fee, Third party fees and payment processing fee. 

Cancel order after shipped
We do not accept cancellation on order that have already been shipped out.
