About Shipping Address
Verify your address before purchasing your items, if your order has not been shipped out we would be able to fix your address for you.
Please write complete address including apartment/unit number, Street name and number, City and State. The loss caused due to incomplete address or incorrect address will be covered by customer.
For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number and recheck the e-mail address during the time of checkout process. Unsuccessfully, delivery caused by unavailable mobile/e-mail address cannot be compensated.
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic warehouses, depending on the fast shipping method available to your location. Shipping method, Apparel & Products are made to order with a 3-5 day business day production time. The method of shipping selected below indicates the time spent in transit once production is complete. We have different options, Standard and Economy takes 7-10 business days, Priority and Express ships out the same or next day depending on the time of purchase, Priority takes 2-3 business days and Express 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation sent to your e-mail that was provided during the time of checkout. Your tracking number will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order during the shipping time frame you choose during checkout.
Lote-Risa is not responsible for shipping delays it is out of our control once package is shipped out to shipping company, sometimes additional delays may arise they are beyond our control such as postal delays. We are not responsible for shipping times and do not offer refund due to package arriving later than expected.
What do I do if i don't receive package or my order is lost in the mail?
Please contact us with your address, name and order number so we can investigate this matter with the shipping company as soon as possible.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes? (International Only)
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office, Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
